Computerized Accounting.
As part of my training at Makerere University l was exposed to a wide range of computerized
accounting functions using advanced excel and accounting software learnt how to set up
company information, enter and post transactions through to financial statement preparation.
am able to use my skills to perform the following activities.
Advanced Excel
- Payroll management
-Loan Amortization, Capital budgeting, Investment Appraisal
Accounting software (Quick Books and or Tally)
-Company creation using software
- General ledger system (enter chart of accounts, post transactions to accounts, income statement,
balance sheet, general journal, general ledger)
- Banking (bank accounts, bank records, bank balances, reconciliation, journal transactions).
-Customers and sales (adding a customer, cash and credit sales, discount, accounts receivable).
-Suppliers and purchases (adding a supplier, purchases and accounts payable)

- Taking over Balances (opening and closing balances)
- Analyzing financial Data reports.
