• Reporting of Family Planning Activity initiatives interventions in the respective sub counties to the donor funder.

• Prepare timely annual and quarterly reports to the funders and other implementing
• Lead in the Planning and budgeting processes in collaboration with the Executive director using approved templates and guidelines.
• Prepare performance reports for presentation to the donor, project management team and the district officials.
