I have over 6 years of experience working in customer care. Currently, I work as a head of quality and training, meeting and exceeding client’s expectation by delivering excellent experience to their customers on their behalf. I conduct training for new hires and ensure that they are fully equipped to deliver great customer satisfaction to customers. As a result of good performance, our client added us another business to handle which was a success on their behalf.

I have a bachelors degree in business administration accounting option. I am also a practicing accountant where by during my free time I support my colleagues with accounting work to ensure that tasks are accomplished in an accurate and timely manner. I do advise them on how to handle some account related tasks in case they need support. My goal is to become a certified public accountant.
