Mwesigwe Andrew Vijan with a master’s and bachelor’s degree in business administration. Am currently working with Harris International Based in Mukono District as a Sales Manager in districts of Mukono,Kayunga,Lugazi,Mbiko, Nakifuma districts..I have experience working with Retail and Non retail sales employees ,purchasing of goods through placing orders ,Managing petty cash and placing requisitions ,Designing good distribution and Route plans for the  Assist staff in delivering goods to customers ,Training and Coaching and Monitor sales to ensure that all sales are cleared from the system.

Furthermore, I have experience in Assisting the Marketing team in planning requirements and making deliverables, preparing monthly reports, annual workplans and budget for purchasing goods for customers and keeping records of project assets and ensure they are adequately delivered to the various staff as directed. In addition, I have demonstrated ability working with rural communities, local partners including districts local government, NGOs and working within multicultural environment with different people, languages and cultural to achieve results. My experience has helped me to acquire knowledge on different databases, monitoring and evaluation skills, project planning and programming for sales so that so that targets can be achieved within a Quarter that I believe can help the organization achieve its goals and objectives.                        .
